Are there any charities that fund research to cure infectious human diseases?
Preferably a charity that doesn’t just fund one type of research, as in AIDS, but a multitude of research projects. Also, is this charity tax deductible?

With the possibility of acquiring diseases such as ecoli, do some folks still take this risk when they go out to eat? Just curious. Mooooooooooooo…hahaha.
I had surgery 2 months ago. I met my surgeon once before the surgery and didnt see him again until last week. I had spoken with his PA a few times. When I met with the surgeon the other day I was made aware that the PA had pretty much lied to me about having a very rare disease. I’m not too happy. He also told me I had to damage to my ligaments which wasnt true. And then I ordered a copy of my medical records and I found out that they STILL aren’t telling me everything. I’m not quite sure how to handle this situation. I need this doctor as he is one of only 2 doctors in my state that deal with my disease.
I normally do… should i be worried about this? is there anyway that this could lead to a cancer or a disease?
I just wanted to know how to and how long to cook it without giving myself various bacterial diseases. hahaha quick help please, i’m starving! thanks.
In December, my father was diagnosed with a rare auto-immune disease. Are there government programs, private funding, experimental drug trials, or something he can do to live off of? He was denied disability.
They didn’t know what kind of auto-immune disease. In fact they don’t know what is causing it. It must be so rare or at least in Arkansas where we live.
I brought in 3 rats for quarantine for a friend, and it turns out they had myco. They’ve been ALL over the house because I love putting them all over the place. The bed, the couch, climbing all over my clean towels, loose in the bathroom while I take a shower. You name it. So now I’m pretty sure my whole house has the bacteria floating around and I am going to be getting 2 new rats in just a couple of days from a local breeder, but I really do not have time to scrub down the walls and every corner of the house with a toothbrush.
Anyway, here’s the question:
How long does it take for the disease to die off? I know humans can carry Myco, obviously not have it, but just transmit it. How long will it be before it wears off from me, and before it dies off in the house? Is there anything I can do to speed up the process? Something sure fire that does not involve burning it down or waiting one year?
Please, if you have any, I’d like to see sources!!
Thank you!!
Can a human get diseases (possibly ones hard to detect by normal doctor’s tests) or can harmful toxins, even sodium build up in one’s body from long periods and extensive daily contact with salt water reef aquarium water. Were talking water-logged raisin hands from the reef tank water. Any research out there?

Hello. I am 19 years old. Contained lifestyle. I am a hypochondriac, worrying with rare illness. I also suffer from a phobia of HIV.
I am a virgin, saving myself for marriage. I have never used IV drugs. My parents are healthy. And to my knowledge, I have never been pricked with a contaminated needle. Also, I have taken 4 HIV tests in the past year and they have all came back clean, thank God.
So my mom thinks that I have this stomach ulcer from all of the worrying about sickness that I do. I am nauseous after certain foods eaten. I throw up a majority of the time that I am feeling sick. But if I eat Lipton noodles or Mini wheats, I am fine. It is with certain foods that make me sick. And the weird thing is that I used to be fine by eating them.
Have I literally worried myself sick? Do I have HIV????
