My cat has bladder stones and has been bleeding when she uses the litter box. I noticed when I was cleaning her blood that I had a cut on my finger, is there anyway I can get sick from this? I am freaking out that she could of transmitted a disease to me. Can cats give humans anything or is it only other cats?
She is being treated for this. Vet says it could be the food she is eating or the ph balance in her urine. We are waiting to see if her change in diet and antibiotics is working.

My 5 yo nephew was diagnosed with Fifths disease. The weekend before he was diagnosed I was around him and even let him share my drink.
