it’s for a school project i’m researeching rare diseases and i remeber watching a documentuary about a inharitall one in which you lose all ability to sleep and avetualy die from it can you give me the name of this dieases

About 20 years ago there was an article in Science News magazine about a man who had a fatal insomnia in Italy. It was an interesting account, if I remember correctly after he died it was found on autopsy that he lost alot of white matter.
