    Microbiological organism. Look at the theory of evolution. It does not matter what we cure because genetic mutations can make them incurable.

    There will always be new diseases, they evolve to resist medicine, it’s like an arms race between humans and germs.

    There will NEVER be a cure for AIDS.
    There will NEVER be a cure for cancer.
    There will NEVER be a cure for diabetes.
    There will NEVER be a cure for any major disease.

    Why?

    It isn’t profitable to cure a disease. It -is- profitable to create a drug that will extend the life of someone who is sick or infected, so they will keep buying said drug, funding the drug companies.
