    BOTH ARE EQUAL But if had to choose would say a dog.

    vaccinations protect the animal. Humans don’t really get the same diseases as cats and dogs.

    The only vaccine for animals that protect the animal from a disease that humans can get also is the rabies vaccine. Both cat and dog can get this disease and when infected are probably both equally likely to bite a human.
