    Yes, diseases can transfer through those mediums. Actually, the virus or bacteria can stay alive and active even if the fruits or vegies are well-rinsed.

    Just wash the produce good with water and a little soap and don’t spend so much time worrying about this. How long has you been eating fruits and veggies??? And NOW you’re worried about migrant workers hygeine??? Come on…control what you can and give yourself a break.
