    There are a few known fish diseases, none I can name off my head. But these diseases are more serious ones, and almost never found in home aquariums.

    I googled fish diseases in humans, and got this link.

    yes humans can catch disease’s from fish. Be very carefull were you get your fish from. Im not sure about tail rot

    I don’t know i’m not a doctor, but tail rot???? hmm even if you would catch it, i don’t beleive Your tail would rot

    There has been some talk that fish TB can be passed on to humans and you can also pick up salmonella from an unclean aquarium.
