I need help with finding information on the subjects and trying to figure out what information I should include. The teacher who assigned this was really vague on what information to include. i am 31 with bad circulation, freezing feet all the time, i have high blood pressure and high cholesterol and am on tablets from the doctor, i found a herbal remedy, gingko, garlic, cayenne that reduces blood pressure, cholesterol and helps with circulation, so i brought it and used it, on the second day my feet started tingeling and feeling like they are going to cramp up, and it didnt stop for 2 days, ive stopped taking the should this happen?
