Nerve Damage? Rare Disease?

In the past month I’ve been having pains and aches all over my body. Pain started on my side, moved to my chest/shoulder area, then went to my head (had a headache and eyepain for a week and a half) and is continued with tingling and warmness in my feet and legs. Everytime I hit my elbow, my whole left hand goes numb and It’s not the funny bone. I’ve been to three doctors went to two ER trips and all of them found nothing. Could the pain literally be coming from my head, or could it be as simple as a pinched nerve that won’t go anyway. I’m worried it could be something serious or a life changing disease considering I have’t felt normal since last month due to all these pains.
