There are other doctors who have training in vascular specialty, and can handle takayasus arthritis. You might need a collaboration between a vascular specialist, a rheumatologist, a cardiologists to address the specific organ systems involved.
Countries like even the philippines have many vascular specialists who can handle cases like these.
