i am not marrid. I do not have girlfriend. i do not do masturbate. I am planing to marry. Befor in dreame ejaculation happen. but now just after/or pee this happen. I do not feel arouse. but after semen comes out i feel arouse. i am 34 years old.This is happening for mor than one year. Is it bad for health. As i am planing to marry, is it a diesease. I did not have any sexual transmitted disease. As far I know I am a healthy men. I do not have any health problem. Is it a mental health problem. Till now some time ejaculation happen in wetdream, but it is rare.

I doubt its semen, but if it is, then you definitely need to see a doctor, and fast. As far as the wetdreams, those seem to go away if you “release the pressure” every day or two (read: DIY)
