gastric ulcers, gastritis ,gastroenteritis would help if you could give some symptoms
I have no knowledge of a Graves Disease having something to do with the stomach.
The disease that you might be referring to is Graves-Basedow which is also called Thyrotoxicosis which refers to the clinical manifestations associated with the serum increase of 1 or 2 hormones T3 and or T4 (T4 is the precursor of T3) the symptoms include:
Sweating ,weight loss or gain, anxiety, loose stools, heat intolerance, irritability, fatigue, weakness, menstrual irregularity
Tachycardia;warm,moist skin,stare and tremor
There is something to point out, in Graves disease there’s also another condition called ophtalmopathy in which the disease affect the eye orbitals and makes them in a more colloquial lingo “pop out”.
Are you sure it isn’t GERD? (gastric esophageal reflux disease. No such thing as GAVES
