How to stop seasonal allergies?

How to stop seasonal allergies?
I think it’s because of all the pollen in the air and it’s becoming spring and I’m getting allergies from it. I did some research and they inform about avoiding outdoor activities and leaving the house or something, but I’m in middle school and need to go to school and hate how I’m one of those people who are sniffing in a quiet room and having to blow my nose a lot of the time. :\ I need help stopping this! >_<

Are my allergies causing all these symptoms? I don’t know what to do as I keep getting sicker.?
I have been diagnosed with allergies to everything: trees, grass, several foods, mold, dogs, cats, and several weeds. For the past two to three months, I have had a constant sinus infection that has not gone away despite four courses of antibiotics (Omnicef 2x, Cipro, Levaquin), several courses of prednisone, and a hydrocortisone shot. I also take Zyrtec D and Claritin daily as well as a steroid nasal spray and irrigate my sinuses regularly. Now, my glands on both sides of my neck are swollen. And I have a persisten low grade fever running between 99 and 101.5 every day. I have severe headaches often and constant nasal congestion. It keeps feeling like I have something stuck in my nose. The discharge is often light green or yellow in color. My doc has also dianosed me with Bronchitis this whole time and today said I am not moving air well through my lungs. I don’t know where to go from here. Doc gave me more prednisone and antibiotics. I am tired all the time. Have missed a ton of days at work and don’t know what to do to feel better. I have had sinus problems for years, but two to three years ago I had several series of sinus cat scans and they have all come back normal. Anyone know what could be going on with my health?

My son hair is getting very thin, is this normal or is it be possible he may have gluten allergies?
So my wife and I have noticed that our sons hair has started to become very thin. He was born with a lot of hair and it has always been extremely thick. We feed him almost all organic food and since 15 months old, his hair has always been beautiful, very shinny and thick like a rug. We have noticed that lately his hair has become pretty thin, he does not have really any bald spots, but some places it does look a little bald.. just not completely… In retrospect, his pictures from 15 months or before, you cannot see his scalp, after 16 months to current, in his pictures I can see his scalp.

Now that I really think about it, his diet has changed a bit, probably due to his taste buds rapidly changing. In the past he loved vegetables and fruits. Lately, all he seems to want to eat is bread or rice and it can be frustrating. Sometimes the only way I can trick him into eating fruits and veggies is while I make my health drinks. I will make smoothies with carrots, spinach, banana, apple, black berries, raspberries and just a hint of fresh ginger. He will drink about 6oz of this.

This week I plan on taking him to have a saliva test, just to make sure he is not allergic to gluten. I do eat a rich gluten bread that is made with 14 whole grains and I just hope this is not what has caused him to been getting his hair thinned out. Before 15 months, he never had bread.

Now the reason why I am worried. I have two sisters, both of them are allergic to gluten. One of my sisters got so bad, that she now has celiac disease. If she eats gluten, she can die, as her alternative medical doctor has said. My other sister is okay, as she just got it in time. She just has to very caution with her diet.

Now both of my sisters are O blood and I am A. So I do not believe I have it. My son is O, because my wife is O. Though I am unsure if blood type has anything to do with having a allergic reaction to gluten, even though there really is no way to tell, only by getting a test taken.

Has anyone else experience this?

Question about food allergies?

Question about food allergies?
I am currently 35 weeks pregnant with a boy.
My Son to be’s uncle, is 4 years old and has fatal food allergies to peanuts, and many other things. He also has sever asthma. Is this something that could be passed down to my son? Also can I get my son tested early as a precaution to this? And what precautions should I take after my Son is born. I plan on breastfeeding should I avoid any kind of peanuts during that time.
Any info would be great!

Do wool rugs irritate allergies?

Do wool rugs irritate allergies?
HI everyone,
I am back for more advice. My daughter has asthma induced by allergies, mostly to dust mites but apparently cats as well(sigh). It is difficult to manage, but I always try to purchase natural items so the high chemical vapors of some products do not irritate er asthma. I am looking for an inexpensive comfortable rug to put in her room so she can lay and read on it. I saw some wool rugs, some plush and shaggy others were tufted. Would these rugs trigger her asthma?? If so please give suggestions on what natural rugs would work for her room. Thanks
