can human skin be harbour of the causitive of a STD?

DESCRIPTION*
i had a sexual intercourse with a sex worker(prostitiute)in india,who in most probability was suffering from some STD(AIDS etc.) & during the intercourse i used condom as protection.
during the intercourse while penetrating my penis into her vaginal hole,while penetrating i took my penis out for a moment and used my hand for self mutual masturbation.
the condom surely had been in touch with the vaginal passage of the prostitute already when i touched it with my hand.
i did it thrice(penetrating&during it taking my penis out for self mastubation in between)

then later after i was over with the sexual intercourse,i could not wash my hands & i unconciously rubbed my hand over my face & then touched my hand and licked it with my tongue also as i was eating food

so is there any chance of the virus or any other causitive of a STD to be transferred in my body or saliva through my skin/fingers/hand??

Do you think rare diseases, or rare deformities, such as excessive hair all over the body (hypertrichosis), giganticism, or proteus syndrome or being born with an extra few fingers or limbs for example, do these help in some way to prove evolutionary theory and that mutations are what we began at? and does this show that mutations still occur.

If not, then where do these deformities and mutations in people fit in with God and his control why would he inflict them?
