I normally do… should i be worried about this? is there anyway that this could lead to a cancer or a disease?

my best friend/young sis has burkitt’s disease…a rare, almost always fatal blood cancer. because of immune isolation we cant even see each other and only have contact via cell and text. (she learned textng cause of me last year). sadly i dont know what to say to comfort her. she may leave behind a 9 yr old whom lost his grama last year too. do i prepare for another funeral? do i hold out for hope? someone needs to lead these guys thru this, but to do this i have to relegate to my love’s departure. any words?
