What was the cause of Bernie Mac’s death?

At first the news reported that it was pneumonia but later I saw a headline about some rare disease.I believe it was yesterday but I didn’t read the details.

    I’m not exactly sure of what caused his death, but I know it was from a few different things. He had pneumonia as you said, but he had had complications with his body over the years and it just got too bad. He was a great actor, and I was definitely not expecting that to happen for like 20 more years, but things happen. He will be missed.

    sarcoidosis-an inflammatory lung disease that produces tiny lumps of cells in the body’s organs, the doctors where saying at first the two were unrelated but then his family and a lot of others started saying the drugs used to treat this condition lowered his immune system making him more susceptible to other conditions, like the pneumonia

    He did have some other disease where his lungs were inflamed but the cause of death was Pneumonia.

    well idk… i hear he was sick for a long time with pnemonia and i think thats how he died… but now if u heard other wise im not rly sure.

    Pneumonia was the cause, but it was mainly because he had a few other things wrong with his health and his body couldn’t fight off the pneumonia
